Carol Vorderman branded herself a “mucky bugger” as she opted to go out wearing makeup from the night before.
The revelation came just hours after she was snapped with Richard Arnold, who was a special guest host at the Loose Women tour – which is currently doing the rounds in the UK.
Sharing a series of photos from her time in Cardiff on Sunday, Carol, 62, posed with a croissant outside a coffee shop.
She told her 401,000 followers: “Mucky bugger couldn’t be bothered to take her make up after a night with the girls and @loosewomen on tour in Cardiff.
“OMG if you haven’t booked tickets yet girls…..do so…it’s ace, funny and loud and interesting and we’re all a part of it….booommmmmm.
“So good to see you all…. Naughty @tvsrichardarnold was the special guest….and the girls last night were @kayeadamsofficial @1judilove @nadiasawalha and @janepmoore….brilliant.”
She added: “Our gang was the newlyweds @natsus1 and Jamie and our lovely @bridgec_3….love you. And also everyone I met last night, you’re bloody lovely so thank you for the chats xx.”
Other pictures in the carousel included Carol cosying up to special guest presenter Richard Arnold, and other theatregoers.
She was soon inundated with messages from social media users who praised her appearance.
One person commented: “So gorgeous and stunning Carol.”
Another quipped: “Leaving your make up saves time the next morning!”
“You look lovely even without makeup. Love the very nice blue sweater you’re wearing. Thanks for sharing snd have a happy Sunday,” a third wrote.
Meanwhile, Carol worked up a sweat as she took part in a gruelling exercise session, on Monday.
Carol slipped into a white T-shirt, and wore a black cropped cardigan over the top until she was fully warmed up.
She completed her workout wear with a brightly coloured pair of trainers, and was put through her paces in the training studio.
It comes after Carol revealed she had made her British Vogue debut at the age of 62 last month.
