According to TMZ, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry were said to be viewing a £6.3 million six-acre plot of land in Malibu, California.
The home will be overlooking the Pacific Ocean once the reported £8 million in construction is complete.
With a building team already said to be in place, a pool, guard house, seating terrace, and fire pit have already been built at the plot.
Following reports of Meghan returning to screens, the land is in a prime location with Los Angeles less than an hour’s drive away.
If the pair do decide to relocate their family 63 miles south, they could count on the likes of Cher, and Lady Gaga as neighbours.
Titanic’s Leonardo DiCaprio, Miley Cyrus, and Charlize Theron also have homes in the luxury oceanfront city.
The Strong Enough songstress is looking to relocate and put her lavish Venetian-inspired home on the market for £85 million.
According to PEOPLE, after purchasing the mansion in 2002 and putting it on the market in 2022, Cher was forced to slash her asking price after it failed to sell and put it back up for an estimated £60 million ($75 million).
TMZ reported the Sussexes were interested in selling their Montecito home after moving to the area three years ago.
Their £12 million residence is a sprawling nine-bedroom and 16-bath home is said to have a library, office, spa, gym, game room, wine cellar and five-car garage.
The property also reportedly has amazing outdoor scenery with sweeping lawns, tiered rose gardens, tall Italian cypress trees, blooming lavender, olive trees, a tennis court, tea house.
As well as a pool and children’s cottage for their youngsters Prince Archie, four, and Princess Lilibet, two.
Despite this, their neighbours have reportedly complained about their presence which is said to have reportedly attracted a horde of paparazzi and helicopters.
According to TMZ “most locals” say their “mere presence is driving folks wild” as a result.
It is claimed complaints centre around concerns “everyone’s privacy is being compromised” as a result of Harry and Meghan’s presence.
