Prince Harry’s secret close bond with two royals is ‘causing concern’ for Firm | Royal | News

Endgame is the latest installment in the ongoing Sussex saga, which has seen Harry and Meghan launch a series of fiery allegations towards the Palace.

In the years since the couple left their senior royal roles, the couple have appeared on a tell-all Oprah interview, released a docuseries on Netflix and Harry has published an intimate memoir, Spare.

But despite his relationship with his family seemingly at an all-time low, Harry can still count on the friendship of two Windsors: Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie.

He remains close to his two cousins, despite new claims from a Palace insider who said other royals were “worried” about what Harry could hear when speaking to them.

According to Heat, the insider said: “They’ve got so much in common: the kids, a shared interest in philanthropy, and Harry enjoys offering advice to his cousin about how to further her career, while Meghan’s great with parenting, lifestyle, and nutrition.

“For the King, Camilla, and the Waleses, it’s rather unfortunate that Eugenie and Beatrice are so close with the Sussexes.”

They added how Beatrice and Eugenie are “still privy to a lot of what’s happening inside Buckingham Palace, so there’s a concern about what they’re telling them, and what they could reveal – even unintentionally”.

One new claim within Scobie’s Endgame was that Harry and his older brother, and future heir to the throne, Prince William’s relationship had never been worse.

Scobie alleged that there was so much hurt and anger between them that it has “hardened into something colder and more immovable – indifference”.

The extract, published by People, notes that “absolutely nothing has changed” in their relationship – which turned sour after allegations about it were revealed.

Scobie recalled how Harry was called a “defector” by William, one source in the book said.

He added: “These were two men who once upon a time were firmly aligned in their outlook. One of them had to move on to also protect the crown.”
