The Vivo Watch 3 has a 1.43-inch round AMOLED screen with a 466 by 466 pixels resolution. Under the hood, the wearable runs on Bestechnic BES2700BP SoC, along with 64MB of RAM and 4GB of storage. Out of the box, the device runs on BlueOS with Jovi AI. Regarding battery life, the smartwatch features a 505 mAh cell that lasts up to 16 days of typical usage on the Bluetooth-only model. However, the actual battery life may depend from user to user, depending upon usage patterns.
As far as sensors are concerned, the Vivo Watch 3 features an optical heart rate sensor, a blood oxygen monitoring sensor, an accelerometer, a gyroscope, and sensors for measuring air pressure, altitude, geomagnetic waves, and ambient light.
